Kick-off Meeting of the REDIRECT Project at the University of Siena

In February 2023, the University of Siena hosted the inaugural Kick-off Meeting (KOM) for the REDIRECT project, funded by the Horizon Europe programme. The event brought together project partners for the first in-person gathering to align on their Work Package responsibilities and set the stage for the project’s progress.

During the KOM, participants discussed essential topics, including the project’s overall purpose, scope, and timeline, as well as specific deliverables and efforts required from each partner. The team also reviewed key aspects of the Grant Agreement and addressed critical issues such as gender, conflict, and data management plans to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive approach to the project.
